Milmar didn’t start with a pole barn. It all started with an extensive log home project.
The name Milmar comes from the name of our owner, Marvin Miller. He began the company in December of 2006. His building experience started long before that. Marvin grew up in the Amish community and learned general construction by working with his dad from the early age of 12 and on. More importantly than the construction trade, Marvin learned to work hard from his dad’s example. They built during the day and farmed at night.

Why Milmar?
Marvin has been building for 18 years. His building portfolio includes pole barns, post frame homes, restaurants, timber frame homes, hotels, dormitories, sheds, and warehouses. We have a wide range of building experience. We are a small, personal company, but our crews are professional and work fast to deliver your custom building. Because of our great supplier network we can build many different styles of buildings. Most companies back away from out of the norm projects like the ongoing Vicksburg paper mill, but our resume is full of such projects.
